GEEKY

Bethesda (Maryland) Urban Partnership wanted a "whacky" artist to represent their annual children's street festival. I created this non-gender, non-ethnic character by utilizing an artist's wooden model as the basic person, then dressed it and posed it in geekiness.

Thanks for visitng! ellen

Great color combos and lots of energy in this. A happy piece... happy geekiness.

Glad to hear your husband likes Westerns. I own "...Liberty Valence" and a bunch more. My wife likes romantic comedies. We own a bunch of DVDs, but when we sit down together to watch something that we'll both enjoy, we're at a loss. Maybe someone will do a romantic Western comedy... don't think "McCabe and Mrs. Miller" qualifies.
