This looks great. The smearing effect is wonderful! What makes it so good is that it looks real, until you see the smear. Its really awesome.

You see, this is why you shouldn't touch their wings... the colored scales smear off and ruins the design. :-) Nice butterfly.

Great illustration. Beautiful monarch and shocking jet-trails. There's a nearby town, Pacific Grove, which has an annual monarch butterfly festival... Tons of them come into town at the same time every year... sorta like the swallows at Capistrano.
